An interesting Chinese sword possibly 19th century. Ref 3245
An interesting Chinese sword possibly 19th century. It has a good double edged blade. Blade length 30 inches. Snakeskin covered grip and snakeskin covered scabbard covering with finely chased brass cross-guard and pommel. Wood scabbard fitted with four matching brass mounts and two hanging rings. The blade has dragon decoration inlaid in brass. Overall length in scabbard 39 inches. Good condition with good age patina. Ref 3245.
