A very rare Islamic sword with fully etched blade - KILIJ. Good condition. Ref 1948
A very rare fully engraved Islamic sword - KILIJ. A very fine curved sword with an iron hilt and shaped splayed terminals to the cross-guards. Curved blade with wide cut-back point etched overall with Kufic script. (please see photos). Overall length 33 inches. Reasonably good untouched condition, some minor signs of use. Ref 1948.
