A scarce English Flintlock pocket pistol by Ryan & Watson. Circa 1799-1818. The lock plate engraved London on one side and the makers name Ryan & Watson to the other. Ryan & Watson worked during the period 1799-1818. flat shaped walnut grip. London proof marks. A good example of the type of pocket pistol carried for personal protection during the mid-late 18th century. Action in good working order. Some very minor signs of wear and use during it's working life, otherwise in overall good condition. Length approx 7 inches. Ref 4141.
