A large frame 6 shot double action 13 mm antique pin-fire revolver. This type of pistol is known to have been carried during the closing year of the American Civil War Circa 1865.  The two piece wooden grips secured with a central screw and fitted with a lanyard ring. Swing up loading gate with steel ejector rod to the right hand side. Action in working order. Some staining and signs of genuine use and wear during it's working life. Overall length 11 inches.
