A fine decorative Belgian 7mm 6 shot pin-fire revolver by V Collette. Circa 1865. The cylinder and frame engraved with a diamond pattern. 3.5 inch barrel. The octagonal breech stamped with ACIER FONDU to one side and the makers name V. COLLETTE LEIGE on the other side. Victor Collette had a workshop in Leige (1850 1870).  Belgian proof mark ELG stamped on the cylinder. Finely chequered grips. Extractor rod fitted to the side and swing-up loading gate. Drop down folding trigger. In good overall condition retaining much of it's original finish. Ref 3807.
