Description
A very fine authentic Indian Katar dagger, the two bar hilt inlaid with copper. Circa 1860. The steel hilt inlaid overall with copper leaves. The Katar is one of the oldest and most characteristic of the Indian knife weapons. The elongated triangular blade length 8 inches. Watered steel blade. Overall length 15.5 inches. In good condition. Ref 1229.
