A very scarce early model Colt No.1 .41 calibre all metal rim-fire Derringer. Circa 1870. The 2.5 inch blued barrel engraved on top with the address COLT'S PT.F.A.MFG.Co. HARTFORD CT. U.S.A. No1. Barrel release button on the right side of the frame. Decorative scroll engraving to the frame. In very good condition retaining much of the original finish to the barrel. Action in good working order. The pistol 5 inches in length. Ref 3893.
